Your scooter has 80km of autonomy but you will find many charging points where you can have battery in a few seconds.

Note: in order to rent our scooters, it is necessary to have the Hello Scoot' application on your smartphone.

Battery failure and damage insurance

Standard

• Third-party insurance: you are covered by third-party insurance in the event of damage you cause to others.
• Troubleshooting: If you run out of battery, the costs are 30,000F for troubleshooting.

Premium

• Third-party insurance: you are covered by third-party insurance in the event of damage you cause to others
• Battery failure: costs of 5000F instead of 30,000F
• Deductible: you pay the deductible up to 20,000F for the damage for which you are responsible (maximum expenditure for the damage caused)
